OUR STORY
Lee Longworth
At just 15, our founder, Lee, dove into the construction industry, trading modern schooling for a carpentry apprenticeship. His talent shone early, earning him a spot as a finalist for Western Australia’s best first-year apprentice. By 19, Lee was a fully qualified tradesman, honing his skills across diverse carpentry and construction projects to master his craft.

At 23, he earned a Diploma in Building and Construction, and by 25, he became one of Australia’s youngest registered building contractors. As a project manager for one of Perth’s top building firms, Lee oversaw over 200 renovation and repair projects while building an impressive personal property portfolio through renovations, new builds, and developments.
